The doorbell rang. Rai woke up groggily. It was midnight. She looked out of the window. The sky was moonless.
She walked into the living room. A strange fore-boding made her heart beat faster. She unbolted the door with a trembling hand. Two figures started moving towards her and said-
"Surprise! Happy Birthday!"
